Removing Your Name/Address from Mailing Lists


Many bereaved parents discover pregnancy-related and baby-related mail in their mailboxes even long after a loss has occurred and can be very upsetting. Here are some suggestions for removing your name/address from various mailing lists.  Unfortunately, it can take months to notice a decrease in some of these items.

To stop receiving the quarterly H.E.A.R.T.strings newsletter, Caring & Coping, contact us by phone or email.  If you leave a message, please be sure to indicate your name and street address so that we can locate you in our database.  You can also fill out the form below to send a direct request to be removed from this and other lists:

    Please include at least your street name and city so that we can locate your mailing address in our database to successfully remove it.
    If you would like for us to contact you directly, include your email and/or phone number, along with any information about your need.
